I am listening to your podcast, and am disappointed that it took 10 minutes before the "major key" was revealed. Your podcasts and audio offerings in your course share common problems. I think it would be helpful for you to work with a public speaking coach. I am sure that when talking with people face-to-face, there aren't problems delivering your message because you are very down-to-earth. With just audio presentation, it is best to get to the point and reinforce it with examples.
